The location of this place is amazing, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making my stay very enjoyable.

We stayed 2 nights here, but it was a really lovely experience.

Everything perfect, plenty of restaurants and cafés for breakfast. Amicable and lovely staff. Great and absolutely perfect setting, views of garden. Beach just minutes away from the venue.

It was unbeatable to the covered daily market. We could enjoy views of the sea and cliffs...

The location was fantastic, being very close to the ocean and within walking distance to the beach. Additionally, there was a supermarket conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to grab any necessities. The hotel was situated in the midst of the locals, giving us a true local experience.

The kitchen equipment could use an upgrade. The knives were not sharp enough and basic condiments like salt, pepper, and oil were not provided.

I came to Nazare to explore new places, and this apartment was the perfect place for me to make that happen.

I enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely come back as I have no complaints; it's a nice base for staying there.

We recently stayed at a fantastic apartment in Nazare and it was the best one we've rented so far! The staff were friendly and helpful, the apartment was clean and spacious, and the location was perfect. Right next to supermarkets and the fresh produce market, everything we needed was within walking distance. We especially loved the outdoor terrace and the proximity to the beach, pastelerias, market, and restaurants. We highly recommend this apartment, especially if you're looking for a rare 3-bedroom option.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this beachfront apartment. Carlos, the host, was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. The apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and a bathroom with plenty of toiletries. The location couldn't have been any better, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within walking distance. Plus, having a supermarket and tourist information office nearby was incredibly convenient. Subvilla Beach Place provided a comfortable and budget-friendly stay in a great location.

The lack of an elevator was a major inconvenience, especially when carrying heavy bags up to the higher floors. the need to call the property upon arrival and wait for someone to check us in was a bit frustrating.
